At about 8:12 p.m. on November 3, 2023, Baltimore Police responded to a crash involving a 62-year-old woman in the 3800 Block of West Belvedere Avenue. Baltimore Police say that the woman was struck by a vehicle while chasing her dog that had gotten loose.

The woman succumbed to her injuries at Sinai Hospital on November 9, 2023.

The driver remained at the scene. Baltimore Police Department has not released the identity of the 62-year-old woman.

The investigation is ongoing by the AIU.
