Today, the Port St. Lucie Police Department announced the arrest of a second suspect in relation to a SW Stockton Place shooting. The shooting occurred in the early hours of December 13. Major Crimes Detectives secured an arrest warrant for Emmanuel Baldwin who is charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder.
Baldwin was taken into custody and booked in the Broward County Jail until he can be extradited to St. Lucie County. On December 13, detectives relayed the suspect vehicle information to other law enforcement agencies. Hours later, the vehicle was located in Lauderdale Lakes by Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
Baldwin was one of three occupants in the vehicle. Earlier today, Baldwin was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Authorities believe he was the driver of the suspect vehicle during the attempted homicide.
