One 18-year-old male and two female juveniles have been arrested in connection with a non-fatal shooting that occurred in the 200 block of Martin Luther King Avenue on December 9, 2023. Julius “Juju” Mock was remanded to the Forrest County Jail on one count of attempted aggravated assault, shooting into a dwelling, and criminal street gang activity.

A 14-year-old and 17-year-old, both females, were remanded to the Forrest County Jail on one count of attempted aggravated assault and shooting into a dwelling.
