El Paso Police say three guns were recovered when three Dunkin Donuts workers were arrested following an altercation with a customer on December 9, 2023. Around 8:36 p.m. on December 9, police received a call about a disturbance and a subject with a weapon. At the scene, officers learned that a 41-year-old victim had gone through the drive-through at 9114 Dyer Street with his girlfriend.
The girlfriend attempted to order doughnuts from the Dunkin Donuts. When the employee was reportedly rude, the girlfriend asked to speak to the manager. The employee of the store claimed to be the manager and used explicit language in his response.
As the woman drove to the window, one employee walked out of the back of the store followed by two other employees. One of the employees is accused of chambering a round in the pistol, pointing the gun at the 41-year-old, and verbally threatening him.
It is alleged that the suspect said, “Ya’ll gonna die tonight”. Three suspects were arrested and given a bond of $100,000. 17-year-old Jesus Dominguez, 20-year-old Luis Arturo Dominquez, and 19-year-old Elijah Richard Garcia are charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon each.
They were booked into the El Paso County Detention Center.
