The Sunbury Police Department has announced it is investigating a fatal shooting at Wendy’s at 88 North Miller Drive in Sunbury. The incident happened on December 14, 2023. Authorities say a suspect is in custody. Around 2:21 PM, 911 dispatch received a call of a fight outside the Wendy’s at the aforementioned location.

Police and medics were dispatched and arrived at the scene around 2:23 PM. At the scene, officers observed an individual lying in the parking lot suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The shooting victim passed away at the scene.

Officers assisting in the investigation immediately detained a male suspect at a different location in Delaware County after he turned himself over to authorities without incident. The male suspect, who has been identified as 42-year-old Marshle Graham, was taken into custody and booked into the Delaware County Jail.

He is charged with one count of Voluntary Manslaughter.
