A 51-year-old man is in custody following a homicide that occurred on November 3, 2023. Terrance Mann has been remanded to the Harris County Jail on a capital murder charge.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 17000 block of Bamwood at Ella. Eric Henderson, 37 was deceased when deputies arrived at the scene.

Detectives filed additional charges against Mann in relation to tampering with evidence in an attempt to cover up the shooting incident.
