On November 9 just after 5 PM, officers with the Ocala Police Department responded to the Wagon Wheel mobile home park at 1612 NE 25th Avenue in reference to a domestic shooting. Upon arrival, officers found one man inside the residence and one woman. The male was pronounced deceased.

The woman was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. Detectives are actively investigating the incident and more details will be made available when possible. Anyone with information is urged to call 352-369-7000.
