The Marion County Sheriff’s Office announced in a social media post that it was investigating a shooting outside Club Time on Maricamp Road. A deputy was shot during the incident. Around 2:15 PM, a shooting happened outside Club Time at 9355 Southeast Maricamp Road. Authorities say a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy was shot. He was transported to a hospital where he is currently in surgery.

A civilian was also shot and transported to the hospital. MCSO Major Crimes responded to the scene to continue investigating the shooting.
