Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrests man in death of Four Winds Inn owner

Depoe Bay, Oregon – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 29-year-old Brennon Michael Neal in the death of business owner, 44-year-old Sarabjit Singh.

According to an LCSO statement, deputies responded to a report of gunshots at the Four Winds Inn at 356 North Highway 1010 in Depoe Bay around 10:17 a.m. on January 30, 2025.

The Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrived at the scene and learned that Neal had fled in a vehicle. Deputies found the business owner, 44-year-old Singh, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.

Deputies discovered that the suspect was driving a dark grey colored sedan. Around 11:16 a.m., a Toledo Police Department Sergeant located the vehicle on Highway 20 traveling eastbound.

When other units arrived, a traffic stop was attempted and the suspect’s vehicle fled. Eventually, the vehicle was stopped and Neal was taken into custody.
