Otsego County, New York – The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 28-year-old Ladrina M. Graham for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance (6 counts) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree.

According to OCSO, Graham was arrested following a complaint of an injured dog. Authorities say a search warrant led to the discovery of a deceased dog and five living dogs at the residence.

The Sheriff’s Office alleges that the dogs were living in unsanitary conditions. The deceased dog was transported to Cornell University for a necropsy. OCSO says additional charges are pending at this time.
