Jacksonville, Florida – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a suspect in connection to the death of an 8-month-old baby.

JSO says 20-year-old Justin Golden is charged with Aggravated Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide. He was booked into the Duval County Jail.

Traffic Homicide detectives say Golden was driving with a female passenger and the 8-month-old baby. He and the passenger allegedly got into an argument.

Golden is accused of taking the baby out of the car and leaving the scene. Police allege that he hit the baby with the car while leaving the scene.
