Espanola, New Mexico – The Espanola Police Department is searching for the driver who side-swiped a school bus earlier today.
According to an EPD statement, officers responded to 1810 North Riverside Drive in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a school bus around 5:30 p.m. on January 21.
Officers reportedly learned that a white Ford F-150 truck had side-swiped a school bus carrying seven kids. The Ford F-150 reportedly sustained damage to its passenger side mirror.
EPS says officers canvassed the area and are attempting to identify the driver of the truck. No injuries were reported and minor damage was done to the bus.
