Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrests two in death of 40-year-old Juan Luviano

Tulsa, Oklahoma – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has announced two arrests in connection to the homicide investigation of 40-year-old Juan Luviano.

According to OSBI, Luviano was reported missing to the Tulsa Police Department after last being seen on December 19 near North Trenton Avenue in Tulsa.

Authorities say evidence and information were obtained to suggest foul play was suspected. TPD’s Homicide Unit initiated an investigation.

The OSBI was requested to assist with the investigation on January 9. OSBI agents carried out a search in a wooded area near Spaniard Creek in Muskogee County on January 13.

Authorities say human remains were found and they were positively identified as Luviano. OSBI has announced the identifications of two suspects, 22-year-old Maria Guadalupe and 19-year-old Irwin Medina.

Both were arrested on January 15. They were booked on charges of First-Degree Murder and Conspiracy.
