The Burlington Police Department is investigating a report of an alleged attack on a dog walker and his dog early this morning at the Mill Pond Reservoir. According to a social media post from BPD, the incident happened around 9:30 AM.

Authorities are working to identify the individual involved in the attack. BPD is describing the suspect as a white man with an athletic build approximately 30 years old. The suspect was reportedly riding a black mountain bike and was accompanied by two dogs.
