Update – Kansas City Police have identified the victim of Saturday’s fatal shooting at North 2nd Street and Quindaro Boulevard. KCKPD reports that the victim was Nicholas Brooks of Kansas City, Kansas.
Original – The Kansas City Police Department reports that it is currently investigating a homicide in the 200 block of Quindaro Boulevard.
KCKPD says its officers responded to the area of North 2nd Street and Quindaro Boulevard for reports of a person deceased inside a vehicle around 11:22 a.m.
According to KCKPD, police found an adult male inside the vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. The incident is currently being investigated by KCKPD’s Major Case Unit.
