Authorities say an Apple Valley woman has been arrested for throwing bricks at people and vehicles on Saturday.

The Victorville Police Department says its officers responded to a call about a female who threw bricks at people and vehicles around 10:22 p.m. on November 16, 2024.

It is alleged that 31-year-old Melissa Jamie Salgado went to the location and caused damage to two vehicles. Police claim one victim attempted to stop Salgado causing a physical altercation.

At that point, authorities allege that Salgado threw a brick at another victim and caused damage to a second vehicle.

Salgado was booked on charges of Assault With a Deadly Weapon and Vandalism Exceeding $400.
