Update – Memphis Police have announced that Tracy Totty is in custody. The United States Marshals Services arrested Totty in Nucla, Colorado on June 18, 2024. MPD says Totty is wanted for Vehicular Homicide – Intoxication, Aggravated Vehicle Homicide, and Vehicular Homicide – Reckless.

The charges stem from a crash on September 29, 2022.

Original – According to a social media post from the Memphis Police Department, officers are looking for a vehicular homicide suspect in a double fatal crash. Officers responded to the scene of a fatal crash at North White Station near Sequoia Avenue just before 4 PM on September 29, 2022.

Upon arrival, officers observed two deceased pedestrians. Authorities say Tracy Totty was the responsible driver of the vehicle that killed the victims. Investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating Totty.

She is wanted on vehicular homicide charges. No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH.
