The Fairfax County Police Department has announced the arrest of 38-year-old Logan Russell Farrell who is from Maryland. Cyber and Forensics Division detectives arrested Farrell on multiple counts related to the solicitation of a minor.
Police say the parents of a 15-year-old reported to police that their child had been solicited for sex by a suspect in October. Detectives initiated the investigation on November 1, 2024. Detectives say they determined that Farrell had approached the victim and offered her money for sexual acts at the Spring Hill Metro Station in Tysons.
Authorities claim Farrell was a stranger to the victim was the time. It is alleged that Farrell continued communicating with the victim soliciting sexual acts and illicit pictures. On November 2, police arrested Farrell who is charged with Trafficking of a Minor, Production of Child Pornography, and four counts of Solicitation of a Minor.
Farrell is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center with no bond. Detectives believe Farrell frequented the Spring Hill Metro Station in Tysons.
