The Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations says its detectives are investigating a Department of Public Safety officer-involved shooting that occurred on Brownlee Street in Baton Rouge. Authorities say two individuals were injured and taken to an area hospital.

Police confirm that no officers were injured during the incident. Investigators say they are working to process the scene and gather further information. LSP is not providing any other details at this time.
