According to a media advisory from the Baltimore Police Department, authorities are investigating two shootings on December 4. Officers responded to the 2500 block of Terra Firma Road in reference to a call for a discharging followed by a call for a shooting around 8:18 PM.
Once officers arrived at the scene, they found a 33-year-old male suffering from numerous gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he will receive treatment for his injuries. Authorities say the victim’s injuries are non-life-threatening.
The preliminary investigation suggests that the victim was shot in the 2400 block of Terra Firma Road. Southern District Shooting detectives assumed control of the investigation. Officers responded to the 400 block of Kenwood Avenue in reference to a call for a shooting around 4:30 PM.
At the scene, officers found a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Southeast District Shooting detectives responded to handle the investigation.
