Update – HCSO says it has arrested a suspect in connection to the deadly road rage shooting in Riverview. Authorities arrested 26-year-old Kentavious Gholston on charges of 2^nd Degree Murder with a Firearm and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.

Original – A road rage incident has left one man deceased in Riverview, Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that its 911 Center received a call about a man who had been shot on US Highway 301 and Bloomingdale Avenue around 2:15 p.m. on October 27, 2024.

HCSO says its deputies found a man suffering from upper body trauma. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he passed away, according to authorities. Detectives say that the suspect fled the scene.
