The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has announced the arrest of 40-year-old Michelle Turner who has been booked into the Okfuskee County Jail. OSBI reports that it was requested to investigate a deadly shooting incident on October 22.

Around 9:30 a.m., Okfuskee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a shooting at a property near Highway 62 and North 3600 Road in Paden. OCSO says deputies reached the scene and found 39-year-old Kyle Turner deceased with an apparent gunshot wound.

OSBI reports that official charges are currently pending through the Okfuskee County District Attorney’s Office.
