The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a 17-year-old Parks man. Sheriff Becket Breaux announced on September 27, 2024 that deputies received a complaint about a suspected sexual assault.

An investigation was initiated. Authorities say 17-year-old Da’iley Potier was arrested yesterday afternoon. He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on a charge of Second Degree Rape.
