The Grant County Sheriff’s Office says a 63-year-old Moses Lake man has been sentenced to prison for a 2021 child rape. Authorities say Dale Bruce Lewis was found guilty of Second-Degree Rape of a Child in August.

Lewis has been sentenced to 95 months to life in prison. GCSO deputies were notified by the victim’s father in 2021 after the victim reported being sexually assaulted by Lewis. At the time of the crime, the victim was 13.

GCSO Major Crimes Detectives led the investigation that ended with a conviction.
