Queensland Police are currently investigating the circumstances leading to the death of a 72-year-old man on Monday morning. Authorities say a 32-year-old woman is assisting police with their investigations.

The 72-year-old man was found deceased in a residence in Browns Plains on October 14. Emergency services responded to a Basie Court address around midday after a 72-year-old man was found unconscious and not breathing.

The man was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities believe the man and woman are known to each other. No other details are available at this time.
