The Goshen Police Department and the Elkhart County Homicide Unit are investigating an incident at 810 South Indiana Avenue. GPD reports that its officers responded to a welfare check at 810 South Indiana Avenue around 5:23 p.m. on October 13, 2024.

At the scene, police met with family members of the subject of the welfare check. GPD says the Elkhart County Homicide Unit was contacted to investigate due to the nature of the incident.
