The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office says it is currently questioning a person of interest in a double shooting early Sunday morning. GCSO deputies are on the scene of a shooting at 6600 Geer Highway.

Deputies responded to a call about a shooting at the aforementioned location just before 3 a.m. on October 6, 2024. GCSO says deputies reached the scene where they found two adult males suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

One man passed away. The second victim was taken to an area hospital. Authorities say the second victim’s condition is not known.
