The Alexandria Police Department is currently investigating a double shooting that injured two people. Around 12:30 p.m. on October 5, 2024, APD officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 300 block of Harold Glenn.

At the scene, officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. APD confirms the incident is still being investigated.
