Two individuals have been injured in a shooting near Illinois State University early Sunday morning. The Illinois State University Police Department said that it received a report of shots fired at 400 West Locust.

In an update, it was said that two individuals were injured near University and Locust. The injured parties were tended to by EMS. A police presence is in the area. Authorities ask that people avoid the area.
