Update 2 – The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim in the fatal shooting at the intersection of Highway 161 and Jamison. Around 3 p.m. on September 28, 2024, PCSO deputies responded to the scene of a shooting where they found a victim deceased.

Authorities have identified the victim as 34-year-old Kristen Lee McDaniel of Ward, Arkansas. Natasha Trupka has been arrested in connection to the incident. The 40-year-old is charged with Capital Murder.

She is being held in the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.

Update – PCSO confirms the vehicle has been located.

Original – The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a fatal shooting on Saturday evening. PCSO reports that its deputies responded to a shooting at the intersection of 161 and Jamison.

At the scene, responding officers found a deceased female with a gunshot wound. PCSO says a white Audi S5 with Arkansas plate number APT 34M was seen fleeing from the scene.
