The Collin County Sheriff’s Office has announced an arrest in connection to a homicide on July 31, 2024. CCSO reports that an arrest had been made in the death of Olutoyosi Molomo who was found deceased at Mark Anthony Horak’s residence on Billy Mitchell Drive in McKinney on July 31, 2024.

Mark Anthony Horak has been arrested and charged with Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair a Human Corpse. CCSO explains that the charge suggests Horak knowingly altered the crime scene following Molomo’s death.

Initially, CCSO deputies responded to a report of an unconscious male at Horak’s residence. At the scene, deputies found Molomo suffering from fatal injuries. The Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that the death was a homicide and Molomo was fatally shot.
