The Metro Nashville Police Department is currently searching for a man who has been indicted on a charge of first-degree murder. MNPD reports that 24-year-old Joel Hernandez is a fugitive under indictment on a charge of 1st Degree Murder.

The fatal shooting occurred on June 15, 2023 on Tusculum Court. The shooting claimed the life of 24-year-old Majok Chol. MNPD says Hernandez was last living in Smyrna. Anyone with information is asked to call 615-742-7463.
