The Louisiana State Police is currently investigating a homicide in Madison Parish. LSP reports that it was requested to investigate a homicide that occurred in the city limits of Tallulah by the Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The preliminary investigation suggests that the shooting happened in the 1400 block of Florida Street. The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Clayton Crye Jr. of Tallulah. LSP says its MFO will be the leading investigating agency.
