The Knoxville Police Department is currently on the scene of a shooting on Asheville Highway. KPD reports that its officers are investigating a shooting that occurred a short time ago at the Kwik Pantry at 4800 Asheville Highway.

One gunshot victim was found suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. No other details are available at this time.
