The Ottawa Police Service has announced an arrest in connection to a homicide on George Street. OPS’s Homicide Unit reports that the investigation into the death of a man on George Street last evening is ongoing.

The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Stephen Pedicelli of Montreal. OPS’s Homicide Unit has announced that 31-year-old Jean Paul Theragene has been charged with Second-Degree Murder.
