The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in Oxon Hill. According to a news release from PGPD, officers responded to the 6000 block of Oxon Hill Road for a shooting just before 6 PM on November 30, 2023. Upon arrival, officers found the victim in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he passed away several hours later.

The victim has been identified as 47-year-old Neris Requeno Rodriguez of Temple Hills. Authorities are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.
