A Coos County man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty. The Coos County Sheriff’s Office reports that 56-year-old Edward A. Thomas pleaded guilty to three charges, Sodomy in the First Degree, Using a Child in a Sexual Display, and Encouraging Child Sex Abuse.

Edward Thomas was sentenced to 25 years without the eligibility of Good Time or Sentence Reduction. CCSO says the case was resolved thanks to the hard work of Detective Ritz and District Attorney Blanc.
