A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting at a bus shelter in St. Paul on July 27. The Metro Transit Police Department reports that the shooting occurred near the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Spruce Tree Drive.

34-year-old Santonio Marquese Ferguson was arrested. Ferguson is charged with First-Degree Aggravated Robbery, First-Degree Assault, and Illegal Possession of a Firearm. The suspect was arrested on Tuesday by St. Louis Park Police.

The victim is reportedly in stable condition.
