The West Seneca Police Department is currently investigating after a man was found with serious injuries. WSPD reports that officers responded to the vicinity of 935 Harlem Road near the Buffalo Creek bridge overpass for a report of a man lying on the sidewalk around 1:20 p.m. on August 5, 2024.

At the scene, officers found a 49-year-old male victim suffering from head and internal injuries. The cause of the injuries is not known at this time. The victim was transported to ECMC where he is in stable condition.
