Baltimore County Police worked a homicide on November 15, 2023, in the area of S. Seneca and New Section roads. Responding officers found a 36-year-old male suffering upper body trauma. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

Investigators identified the victim as Kenneth W. Workman III.

On November 18, 2023, a warrant was served for the arrest of Eddie Workman Jr. Homicide detectives charged Workman with first-degree murder.

Workman has been remanded at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bond status.
