A 37-year-old Baltimore man has been arrested for a non-fatal stabbing that took place on October 21, 2020. Detectives with the Baltimore Police Department charged Alvin Cureton with second-degree attempted murder.

Baltimore police were dispatched to the 1200 block of North Montford Avenue at around 7:15 p.m. on October 21, 2020, to investigate a report of an aggravated assault by cutting. Responding officers located a 37-year-old male victim suffering from multiple head lacerations.

The male victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Following a preliminary investigation, officers determined Cureton stabbed the victim during an argument.

Cureton was arrested on December 1, 2023.
