Baltimore police arrested a 27-year-old local man on November 8, 2023, for a fatal shooting in the 2000 block of Cliftwood Avenue. Officers were dispatched to the above location at approximately 6:17 p.m. on October 6, to investigate a report of a shooting. Responding officers located a 28-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. The victim succumbed to his injuries at an area a short time later.

Baltimore Police Department identified the 28-year-old victim as David Boykins. Earl Lee is facing a first-degree murder conviction. Lee is being remanded on a no-bail status, according to the report.
