25-year-old man arrested in Fort Pierce stabbing incident that injured a 27-year-old man

A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a non-fatal stabbing in Fort Pierce, Florida. In a social media post, the Fort Pierce Police Department said that 25-year-old Rudolphus Nathaniel Johnson was arrested at a residence in the 2600 block of Sterling Court in Fort Pierce.

Johnson was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (domestic). Around 4:30 a.m. on April 19, FPPD officers responded to the 1000 block of South 27th Circle Street for a report of a stabbing.

FPPD says the investigation indicated that a confrontation happened inside the residence and led to a 27-year-old man receiving stab wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital by personal vehicle and is listed in stable condition.
