The El Paso Police Department has announced the arrest of 21-year-old Xavier Martinez. EPPD reports that Martinez was arrested in connection to a stalking incident involving a 42-year-old El Paso woman.

It is alleged that Martinez approached the woman multiple times at her place of employment causing the woman to have growing concerns for her safety. The victim reported the incident to authorities.

The El Paso Police Department is looking for anyone who may have experienced similar situations.
