Pueblo man gets probation in child sexual exploitation case

Pueblo, Colorado – A Pueblo, Colorado man will not be going to prison in connection to a child sexual exploitation case. Instead, 19-year-old Alonzo Gutierrez was sentenced to four years of probation after accepting a plea deal.

Gutierrez received a four-year probation sentence with numerous restrictions based on his plea of attempted sexual assault of a child.

He will be prohibited from having any electronic devices that access the Internet. Gutierrez will also be required to register as a sex offense.

PCSO detectives arrested Gutierrez in March 2024 following a months-long investigation. It was alleged that Gutierrez and a juvenile female took explicit images of another juvenile female and shared those photos.
