According to a social media post from the Prince George’s County Police Department, Homicide Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances of a fatal shooting on Thursday night in Landover Hills. Police have identified the victim as 45-year-old Frederico Cruz Ojeda of Landover Hills. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment.

Police say officers responded to a shooting in the 7100 block of Webster Street around 7:15 PM on November 23. Upon arrival, officers located Cruz Ojeda suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. Detectives have not identified a suspect or suspects at this time.
