Nick Hogan has been arrested for DUI again in the same city as 2007 crash that left his Marine friend, John Graziano, with a serious brain injury. Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick, was arrested this weekend on a charge of DUI. Online records explain that Nick was arrested Saturday morning in Clearwater, Florida just before 4 AM. He was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and allegedly refused to submit to sobriety testing.

Although the circumstances leading up to the arrest are not clear, Nick is facing a misdemeanor charge. Nick was involved in a scary accident back in the 2000s when he was only a teen. The incident also happened in Clearwater. At the time, Nick was driving with his Marine friend, John Graziano, who suffered a serious brain injury during the accident.

Then 17-year-old Nick pleaded no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury and served an 8-month sentence behind bars. Police alleged alcohol was involved. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office online records, Nicholas Allan Bollea was released on a surety bond on November 18, 2023 at 7:30 PM.
