Restocking Fees
Miss Sinners penalizes customers 25 percent on “all returns.” The standard restocking fee is 15 percent, 25 percent is a bit much. There does not appear to be leniency in the return policy. What if you need to return an item because it was damaged or of poor quality? Is Miss Sinners still gonna deduct 25 percent from your refund?
It also appears the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Look how many penalties – 25 percent restocking fee, initial shipping fee, and return shipping fee – you would be facing if you needed to return an item. By the time you receive your refund, it would have been profitable to just keep the item.
And, this is not to mention the return address, which could be China. International shipping fees are quadruple of the US standard shipping fees.

Afterword – Miss Sinners Scam
Is Miss Sinners a scam? There is not enough evidence to make this determination. The extravagant monetary return penalties should be enough to deter consumers from visiting the website. At least, the vendor is not bashful or trying to conceal them.
A Google Image Search revealed Miss Sinners collection is not unique. The same items are available through other e-commerce vendors, including RQFBOUTIQUE and ShopFray.
Since the website is fairly new, it may take a while for it to build an online reputation.
