The Minot Police Department has announced in a social media post that an arrest warrant has been issued for Quantdre Octavious Mersier who was allegedly involved in a shooting in Northwest Minot on November 17. 30-year-old Quantdre Octavious Mersier has been issued an arrest warrant for Attempted Murder which is a Class A Felony. Anyone who sees Mersier is urged not to approach him. Instead, they are encouraged to call the authorities immediately.
Minot investigators believe the shooting was an isolated incident. The investigation is ongoing.
