The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reported on social media that it is investigating a suspicious death. MCSO says its deputies responded to the 4700 block of Delaney Road Southeast just outside of Turner after a body was found around 11:34 a.m. on November 2.

Detectives say they have identified the victim as 26-year-old Jada Thompson. Authorities confirm the case is being investigated as a possible homicide. No arrests have been made at this time.

MCSO says there is no danger to the community. No other details are being provided at this time.
